Villa Pacifico

This spectacular contemporary three-level villa, infused with tropical style, is impeccably designed to take advantage of ocean breezes and extraordinary views of the ocean and mountains of Bahia de Banderas. An entrance garden with reflecting pool and fountain leads to a large garden with tall palms, fruit trees, bougainvillea and other tropical flora. All rooms have wide folding doors that lead  to the outdoors.The living/dining areas open onto a spacious terrace with a large solar-heated infinity pool. A beautifully furnished outdoor palapa serves as a second living room. Terraces and living spaces have a variety of gathering places where you can choose to be social or enjoy your privacy, shade or sun. Each of five bedroom suites is a private retreat, with comfortable seating areas and en suite marble and tile baths, ceiling fans and quiet automated mini-split air-conditioning systems. Four bedrooms have private terraces, three have king beds and two have two doubles each to accommodate all family groups. Located about one block from a sandy beach in the small community of Punta del Burro about 10 minutes from Punta Mita, this casa affords family and friends a warm, private and comfortable place to be. A full staff of three, including private cook, provides impeccable personal service, while the telephone, satellite TV, stereo and Internet keep you in touch with the outside world.
