"We had a wonderful week in Vallarta and the house was really quite perfect for our little group. The staff...well, I can't even begin to tell you how impressed we all were with every single member of the staff. They were great ie: friendly, efficient, humorous while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. The family commented that they felt like they were at Downton Abbey. Lupita's meals were awesome and she was so accommodating with the two little ones and one pescatarian that we had with us. Olga was chipper and funny while she worked and on our wedding day she did a special job of decorating our room for us. Fernando, our 'little' security guard, was fierce with anyone who came along with their music up too loud. Jose Luis was the darling of the girls. Sweet and very helpful. He even helped us get a horseback/canopy excursion for half price. And it rocked. Plus, he made killer margaritas! Raul oversaw everything and was the epitome of propriety while still being friendly and sociable. Totally charming. They made a well orchestrated team and we all give them our highest praise. Please pass this on to the owners of the villa. We want them to know how good they are. I also wanted to let Cecilia know that the bakery that we used 'Los Chatos' was great. They made the perfect cake (not only pretty but DELICIOUS. And they were very friendly and happy to accommodate us. Thanks so much for helping us with all of this. It's been a nice experience working with you. "

"Everything was excellent. The food and preparation were beyond what we expected. The cook did a wonderfully amazing job. We ALL wanted to bring her home to cook for us. I cannot tell you how amazing your staff was. they made us feel at home and would do anything for us. We were all so amazed at the house and staff above and beyond what we had hoped. "We had a fantastic time at Casa Amapas. We had a great dinner out (our only one since the food at the villa was so good!) at Tony’s in Mismaloya. We also had a fun day-trip to Yelapa. Raul arranged for us to take our own private boat since there were so many of us and it was great to just have to walk a few feet from the villa to get in. Our driver not only waited on Yelapa all day so we could go back whenever we wanted, but he also showed us around town and gave us a guided tour to the waterfall. The food at the villa was fantastic…very fresh and she did a great job accommodating all of our requests. "

"I can't tell you how much we loved our villa. The staff was amazing…always helpful and pleasant. And they made really good Margaritas. So smart to have the masseuses there when we arrived. They were fabulous and we had them come many times. The villa was spotless and the Sandra's food innovative and delicious. Jaime and Ricardo were on top of everything and we felt very well cared for.
