Air conditioning units have individual remote controls. The state-of-the art gourmet kitchen boasts a commercial range with 6 burners and griddle, wine captain and dishwasher.  The dining room opens to living room with fireplace. The living room opens to a patio, heated infinity pool and Jacuzzi that overlook the Pacific.  Other amenities include A/C and purified water throughout, room-to-room communication via telephone intercom system, Internet connection, WIFI capabilities. There are computer, fax and satellite TV outlets in every bedroom. Should you wish to rent a car, the villa has a double garage.  There is also a taxi and bus stand in front of the gate. Maid service is included in your rental, except Sundays. Sunday service is available on request and at an additional charge to be quoted. A cook or Chef may be requested at an additional charge to be quoted. If a cook is hired, she will do food shopping for guests. and prepare two meals per day.  The gatehouse has 24 hour access to a property manager.
