Casa Cosmos

Casa Cosmos is an amazing beachfront villa which is located only 3.5 km south of downtown Puerto Vallarta and is available as a 5, 6 or 7-bedroom villa.   Starting with just four bedrooms it can be expanded to larger packages that can include an extra upstairs bedroom, a 4-bed "dormitory" (perfect for children) and even the owners' own luxurious 4 room "casita" with its separate kitchen and two private sundecks.  Included in the nightly rental is your own private staff of four; cook, daily maid service, houseman and groundskeeper.

Stone steps lead directly to your own private beach area below the villa, complete with rustic shaded overhang, palm tree hammocks, comfortable beach furniture and a couple of two- person ocean kayaks.

There are two separate swimming pools: a secluded small private plunge pool and a solar heated 50 ft. long (lap size) rock grotto swimming pool with refreshing cool water Jacuzzi/water slide.  Much of the house is on one level with your bedrooms opening cabana style through over-sized louvered doors to the main pool and sweeping ocean views beyond.

Unique features:  Work out in the dramatic rock lined exercise room outfitted with a stationary bike and free weights.  Grounds are entirely fenced in for both total privacy and security.  Bottled water is provided in all bathrooms; purified water is used for all food preparation. Living room features artisan crafted furniture, satellite television, DVD, stereo system,  CD and iPod style input. Stereo system has hidden area speakers throughout,  WiFi , Vonage.
