Casa Ave del Paraiso is located in Real de Conchas Chinas, an exclusive,  private, gated community part of the renowned Conchas Chinas residential hillside, about 5 minutes drive south of old town Puerto Vallarta.  The villa gives guests the freedom and serenity of being in a very private,  secure location away from the hustle of busy neighborhoods without sacrificing the convenience of a short taxi ride into town to enjoy the Romantic Zone famous for its dining and nightlife. Conchas Chinas beach is at the bottom of the hillside and  Los Muertos beach is a short ride away.

Nestled in a jungle setting, the villa has all amenities one would expect for a relaxing and comfortable villa vacation.  The architectural and interior design is  Mexican contemporary which maintains the flavor of an elegant  luxury home. Throughout the villa you will find distinctive architectural features and unique artworks which continually accentuate the elegance of the home. Art niches, fountains, and intelligent lighting make you feel welcome the moment you enter this exquisite paradise.
On street/entrance level, you will find the common areas: powder room; living/dining room; open and covered terraces; outdoor breakfast area with barbecue; laundry; a spacious fully stocked kitchen with the best quality modern appliances, including an island that seats 6 people comfortably; a heated pool, with a bench and wet lounging area; water jets that spring out of the pools infinity edge.  Descending from the main level, you will find the guest suites, home theater, and wine cellar. This level has three bedrooms, each one with en suite bath,  walk-in closet. The rooms share a large terrace and have panoramic ocean views. The fourth bedroom is a mother-in-Law suite. It features its own bathroom, small kitchenette, and double bed.

Below the guest suite level is a connected Jungle Apartment with two en-suite (king beds) bedrooms/bathrooms and a smaller third bedroom/bath with twin beds that can be converted in to a king size bed if needed (no A/C). The apartment has a small equipped kitchen and its own small pool and terrace (ocean and jungle views).

There is plenty of parking for the home including a large covered and secure garage fits two cars as well as an outside parking ramp next to the house accommodating up to two additional vehicles.

The home is available in three configurations to meet the needs of nearly any party. The most inclusive configuration for large groups includes the master suite, common area, guest suite level, and a 2-3 bedroom connected apartment and can sleep up to 14 people. The second configuration includes all amenities except for the guest apartment on the lowest level and is appropriate for parties from six to ten people. The third most economically priced option, we offer the common area and guest suite level without the master suite for parties of six to eight people. Rates for the different configurations are available upon request.
