Almare is a newly constructed 9,500 sq. ft. luxury villa located just 6 minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta. This exceptional property features an organic/minimalist blend of natural elements, including exotic woods, stonework and tropical vegetation, embedded in the lush mountain side and set against the picturesque backdrop of the Pacific. The result is a warm contemporary ambiance that feels fit for a king. Enter through an impressive entryway and you’ll find the main level welcome which includes a wet bar, powder room and private terrace.

The incredible view of the ever-changing palette of the Pacific is nothing short of breathtaking. The first and second floors each comprise two massive guest suites, each with expansive ceilings, walk-in closet, flat screen TV, luxury en suite bathrooms and private ocean view balconies. Perhaps the most alluring feature of each of the 4 guest suites is the dipping pool on the terrace. Passage down to the main level of Casa Almare via the stainless-steel elevator or marble stairway accessible from all levels. The master suite accounts for a large portion of this area and hosts a tantalizingly secluded outdoor rain shower and direct access to the expansive infinity pool. With fixtures imported from the Italy, the kitchen is adorned with exotic Brazilian granite countertops and top-of -the-line stainless appliances.

A common gathering place for guests, the impressive main level great room melds into the luxurious outdoor sundeck and infinity pool. The distinctive deck is constructed of brushed marble which provides a cool, non-slip surface. The pool is lined with marble tiles and is heated by solar panels. Other notable features include a water purification system, sliding glass wall panels and a “smart system” which can be remotely controlled by phone, activates the air conditioning, lighting, alarm and sound system. A double entry gate and security system ensure peace of mind.
